for those of you, who kindly followed my guide to eating well at notre dame, welcome back! for everyone else, allow me to introduce myself. a self-proclaimed novice (junior perhaps) foodie, i have always lived in not so desirable locales for food (examples: emmaus, pa and south bend, in). however, i have tried to make the best of it and have shared my tips for enjoying delicious food in any location. now, i am in ny and finally have the chance to explore the city and most importantly, EAT! while trying to figure out my purpose in life, i will be baking and “chocolatier-ing” my way through the city, as an assistant pastry chef to a true culinary genius. therefore, my perspectives and tastes might (hopefully will!) change as we go along. again, i thank you for coming along for the ride…as i know that taking anyone’s advice on where to eat can always be quite the risk.
